Case Study 3 – DH

Jason works for a haulage firm based in the East Midlands. He works Monday to Friday making deliveries in a 44-tonne articulated lorry across the UK and has recently been seconded to the office every Wednesday and Thursday to train as a transport coordinator.

Jason is keen to progress within the company and is considering studying to gain qualifications that will help him advance.

It’s been a busy week for Jason. On the days he has driven for the company, he has maxed out his driving hours.

Jason is driving under EU Drivers’ Hours regulations.
