Saturday 4th January 2025 – 5 hour ZOOM Session

The Driver CPC course is designed to be convenient and easy to follow. The day before your Zoom meeting, you’ll receive access to a 2-hour interactive e-learning module. You have the flexibility to progress at your preferred pace and save your work as you move through the module.

The following day, you’ll have a live Zoom meeting that lasts for five hours, rather than the usual seven. This approach helps spread the learning experience over two days, making it more accessible and effective for all participants.

This module includes 2 hours of interactive E-learning.

Efficient Driving:
Learn about driving efficiently, including advancements in autonomous and electric vehicles. Understand the future developments in the industry

Tachograph Basics:
Get acquainted with fundamental tachograph information such as different modes, time settings, and penalties for misuse. Learn how to effectively manage your tachograph for compliance and efficiency.

Customer Care:
Focus on dealing with conflict effectively as a driver, handling difficult conversations with collegues regarding workload and legal requirements, and managing customer expectations on delivery times.

Speed Awareness:
Understand speed limits in the UK and the importance of safe driving practices. Understand how to drive responsibly within legal speed limits to ensure road safety and regulatory compliance.
