Participation Policy
Be punctual and log in to the session 15 minutes before the allotted start time. If you arrive after the allotted start time, you will be refused entry, marked as absent, and your hours will not be uploaded to the DVSA.
Keep your camera on throughout the session. Failure to do so will result in you being removed from the course and your hours will not be uploaded to the DVSA.
Find a quiet and distraction-free place to attend the session, with no background noise. This must be treated like a classroom session, and childcare during the session or travelling in a moving vehicle is not permitted. Failure to do so will result in being marked as absent and your hours will not be uploaded to the DVSA.
Participate actively in the session. Failure to do so will result in not fully engaging with the training and potentially missing important information.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you wish to reschedule or cancel may do so with 48 hours notice
If you do not have a strong internet connection then please consider whether online classes are suitable. it is your responsibility to attend the course on time and make sure your IT equipment is functioning correctly. We are unable to refund students who fail to attend courses without the required 48-hour notice.
If you are removed from a course for failing to abide by the course rules, you will not receive a refund
